Shein’s return process is pretty straightforward. The company accepts items for return within 30 days of receipt for most items. However, returns must be made at your own expense, which means that you are responsible for the shipping fees regarding the item(s) you want to return.

Sometimes we purchase things online, and it’s not what we expected when we receive them. Let’s look at which items you can return, how to return them, and more details regarding Shein’s return policy.

What Exactly Is Shein’s Return Policy?

There are different return policies depending on where you live. Generally, most items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will get a full refund if the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Except in certain situations, Shein does not pay for shipping fees. You will have to ship the item you wish to return at your own cost. Shein will not refund items that have been worn or damaged by you. You also need to include the item’s tag and put it in its original packaging.

If you’re sending a return from the United Kingdom, you have 45 days from the purchase date to make the return. The first return label is free, and you can choose to use either Hermes or Royal Mail to send your package. If you decide to return items from the same order later, Shein will deduct £2.5 from your refund.

Please help keep this site alive, it takes a lot of work for one person and it’s getting much less rewarding to keep running this because of how the internet is changing. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
