Fieldwork Denver is looking for teens and adults nationwide, ages 14 to 34, to participate in an online study on Candy. This 2 hour online study will take place from February 9th to February 11th. Everyone who is selected and who successfully completes the study will receive a $150 Visa Card.

How to apply:

- Enter your name, contact information, city and state, gender and age.
- Provide additional demographics including income bracket, level of education, marital and employment statuses, number of children and more. Also note if you are an adult, teen or adult answering for a teen.
- Answer questions related to candy including which candies you have consumed in the past months, the different types of candies you consume, how often you eat them, where you purchase them and more.
