Although you can receive a refund for the purchase price of an item, no refunds are available for the original shipping costs that you incurred with your order. The only exception to this is in a situation in which Temu made an error, such as sending you the wrong items or someone else’s order. Similarly, if you paid any insurance costs for the items that you ordered, these will not be refunded.
