How to participate:

1. Visit the company’s website by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”.
2. Scroll all the way down and enter your name and email.
3. Note which challenges you would be interested in doing in the future and hit “Sign Me Up For The Challenge”.
4. Print out the PDF checklist sent to your email or keep track of your habits another way. You will have to take a photo or screenshot of your completed list at the end of the challenge.
5. Try all the new healthy habits on the list! Mark the date you tried each one (they can be done in any order you like). Make sure to take photos of yourself trying the challenge as you go, and to share them on social media during the challenge with hashtag #cusachallenge (or you can save a photo to send at the end).
6. Around February 3rd you will get an email containing a survey to complete. You will send the completed survey and photo of yourself participating in the challenge (not necessary if you posted during the challenge with #cusachallenge), as well as a photo or screenshot of your completed list.
7. You will receive a free 30-pack of any Cusa Tea in the flavor of your choice if you are one of the first 21 people to fill out the post-challenge survey, and submit a photo of yourself participating in the challenge as well as a finished checklist.
