Fieldwork NRC is inviting males and females from across the states, ages 13 to 49, to participate in their online study on lifestyle and habits. This hour long study will start December 3rd, and will compensate all successful participants $75.

Note: If you are a parent filling out the survey for your child, it’s best to have your child present so that the answers provided are accurate and honest.
How to apply:

- Enter your name, contact information, city and state, and gender and age.
- Note how often you engage in physical activities/ exercise.
- You will be asked to provide information on a variety of aspects related to your lifestyle and habits including elaborating on your personal details, providing basic work related information, answering basic questions on your health and sharing some details about your hobbies and habits.
