Nelson Recruiting is looking for adults nationwide, ages 60 and older, to apply to a 45 minute online study on health insurance. The study will take place on either June 4th, June 7th or June 8th. You will receive a $125 Virtual Visa Card for completing the study if you are selected to participate.

How to apply:
- Visit the company’s website by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”.
- Enter your name, contact information, state, gender and age.
- Provide additional details including income bracket, level of education, marital and employment status and more.
- Answer several questions related to your health insurance coverage including if you are enrolled in a Medicare Advantage/Part C Plan or are planning on that, if you are enrolled in Mediaid and who your Medicare Advantage plan provider is, if a broker or insurance agent helped you choose your plan and similar questions.
