Women across the states are invited to participate in an online study on female health. There are 2 phases to the study, each for $150, so you could potentially score $300 for taking part in both phases.

Phase 1 runs from April 30th to May 3rd, and will require you to log on for a minimum of 4x and a maximum of 5x on those days at 7am to 1pm EDT AND/OR 4pm to 11pm EDT. Anyone not completing 4 to 5 log-ins will not be paid. Phase 2 will only be for those selected for the follow-up on May 5th or 6th, and the time commitment will be 90 minutes.
How to apply:

- Provide your basic details such as name, email, address, gender, age, ethnicity and occupation.
- Answer questions related to your health including if you have been diagnosed with any of the listed conditions, if you have regular periods, if you have had any surgeries (hysterectomy etc.), and related questions.
