How to get your free $5:
- Visit the company’s website by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)” to checkout the select Pfizer products that qualify for the rewards. These products include brands like Advil, Advil PM, Centrum, Thermacare, Nexium, Emergen-C, Chapstick and more.
- Spend $20 or more on any of the select products and keep your receipt.
- Take a clear photo of your entire receipt.
- Go back to the site and enter your email under “Step 3.”
- Select if you would like a PayPal or Prepaid Virtual Visa Reward.
- Click “Upload Receipt” to upload it. Then click on the button again to submit.
- You will receive your reward once your submission is reviewed. You can do this up to 2 times!
