- You will be asked to select which type of products you regularly consume and purchase including sweets, coffee, juice, cigarettes and cannabis among others.
- State if you ever use cannabis and hemp CBD, and if you are open to using either if they were contained in other products like drinks and edibles.
- You will also be asked if you have a prescription for CBD and how you take it (lotions, honey, pills etc.)
