Parents are invited to apply to Focus Forward’s online study regarding healthy food and drinks. You are welcome to apply for the study if you usually make an effort to purchase healthy options for yourself and your family. The study will start July 9th and continue through to July 11th, 2019. It will be conducted as a 45 minute phone and web interview, and you will receive $100 if you participate.

How to apply:

- Enter your name and contact information, as well as the best time to be contacted.
- Also add your date of birth, gender, and state.
- Specify if you have ever taken part in a study and when, and if you are the parent or guardian of a child 18 or younger who lives at home at least half the time.
- Also specify if your child has diabetes, ADD, is gifted or bright, or is home schooled.
- Lastly, note if you are a member of the Focus Forward community.
