How to apply:

- Enter your name, contact information, city and state.
- Note if anybody referred you to this study and if you have recently participated in any other studies.
- Provide other basic information including age and occupation.
- Answer basic questions related to your banking and finances such as the types of accounts you have, who you bank with, if you do cell phone or internet baking and similar information. You may then be asked to upload the video if you choose too.
