How to apply:
- Visit the company’s website by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”.
- Enter your email, name, gender, year of birth and state.
- Note which products you have recently consumed (gum, chips, candy bars etc.), how often you chew gum, the brands of gum you typically consume and similar information.
- You will then be asked a few more basic questions including if you have any allergies.
- Provide your PayPal email.
