American Eagle’s Return Policy
American Eagle has a very lenient return policy. You can return items from American Eagle at any time after your purchase for a full refund. There is absolutely no time limit attached. To receive a full refund, you will need proof of purchase in the form of:
- A receipt
- An invoice
- An order email
- Your order history
- A printed order confirmation.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the item to any American Eagle, Aerie, or Tailgate store. The store will refund you via the original payment method. If you ordered an item online, you could return the item either via mail or in person at your nearest store.
