How do you join? You don’t. You need to get invited. You need to leave high quality bad and good reviews over a consistent time period to get invited. Not everyone will get invited, but you should start leaving reviews if you do shop at Home Depot often. It’s a good program to know about but don’t expect anything now if you aren’t a member.
