How to get free flu shot:
- Visit any of Walgreens locations for a free flu shot! Ask the pharmacist for a free flu shot by mentioning the VA promotion and show them your VA Health Card or another form of ID to get your free shot. Or just print the form on the Walgreens page when you click “Get This Offer” below.
