We’ve updated our Birthday Free Food list! Some are just for kids, but plenty include eats for adults. For 2018, we’ve noticed that many restaurants are switching to reward programs instead of single birthday meal specials (look for the UPDATE flag for program changes from last year).
For most you’ll need to register or sign up for a mailing list – and for many of these, you’ll get free food just for signing up! Just remember that tax or tip are not included and some may require the purchase of something else to get the freebie.
Also keep in mind that offer details may change at any time and in most cases, you must be at least 13 or 18 years of age to enroll.

Applebee’s – Join the Birthday Club to get a Birthday Special.
Baskin Robbins – Join the Birthday Club and receive a FREE 2 oz. scoop on your birthday plus special offers & coupons.
Bd’s Mongolian Grill – A free meal on your birthday, member perks plus $5 for just signing up!
Beihana – Sign up and stay connected on all the latest happenings at Benihana, plus during the month of your birthday they’ll email you a complimentary $30 Benihana Birthday Certificate.
Bennigans – Sign up for promotions plus perks on your birthday and anniversary date.
Blizarrd Club – Join Dairy Queen’s Blizzard Club to receive a special offer for your birthday (and on your sign up anniversary) plus a sign up bonus (right now it’s a 2 for 1 Blizzard Treat).

California Pizza Kitchen – Not just for your birthday, but when you join CPK’s Pizza Dough Rewards, you’ll get a free small plate.

Dennys – Free BYO-Grand Slam on your birthday (ID required) and if you join their Rewards program, you’ll get a 20% discount on your next meal after joining and notifications of more specials year round.
Don Pablos – Get a $10 coupon to use on your birthday.
Dunkin’ Donuts – A free medium beverage of your choice on your birthday and when you sign up. Plus, present your DD Perks card throughout the year to earn points for more freebies.

Noodles and Company – There’s a promise of lots of goodies…and since they ask for your birthday, you’ll probably receive a special offer. Also a rewards club tied to their phone app.

Red Lobster – Download their app to earn rewards. Get 75 points on sign up and 1 point for every dollar you spend. After you reach 125 points, you get a choice of 3 rewards.
Red Robin – Free burger during the month of your birthday plus great rewards for regular diners.
