Tax-Free Weekend 2023 is around the corner, and it lines up perfectly with saving on back-to-school supplies and lots more! Take a look down below at the states, dates, and items that will apply.

Here’s a look at states, dates and eligible items: 

• Alabama July 21 – 31: clothing $100/item, computers $750/item, school supplies $50/item, books $30/item.
• Arkansas August 5 – 6: clothing $100/item, and no limit on school supplies.
• Connecticut August 20 – 26: clothing and footwear for $100/item.
• Florida July 24 – August 6: clothing up to $60/item, backpacks up to $60/item, school supplies up to $15/item, computers up to $1,000/item.
• Iowa August 4 – 5: clothing and footwear for $100/item.
• Maryland August 13 – 19: clothing and footwear $100/item.
• Massachusetts August 12 – August 13: retail items up to $2,500/item for personal use, clothing up to $175/item.
• Mississippi July 28 – July 29: clothing and footwear $100/item, school supplies $100/item.
• Missouri August 4 – 6: clothing and shoes $100/item, school supplies for $50/transaction, computers $1,500/item.
• New Jersey August 26 – September 4: computers up to $3,000, no limit on school, art supplies & instructional materials.
• New Mexico August 4 – 6: clothing $100/item, school supplies $30/item, computers up to $1,000 and computer equipment up to $500.
• Ohio August 4 – 6: clothing $75/item, school supplies $20/item.
• Oklahoma August 4 – 6: clothing for $100/item.
• South Carolina August 4 – 6: clothing, school supplies, computers, books, bathroom and linen with no limit mentioned.
• Tennessee July 28th – July 30th: clothing $100/item, school supplies $100/item, computers for $1,500/item.
• Texas August 11 – 13: clothing and shoes $100/item, school supplies and backpacks $100/item.
• West Virginia August 4 – 7: clothing $125/item, school supplies $50/item, sports equipment $150/item, computers/tables up to $500/item.
