As of February 2022, AT&T will be shutting down their 3G network to make way for an improved, faster experience. The shutdown will affect some devices which will no longer be supported on the network. You can check here if your device will be affected. If you don’t see your phone make and model on the list it means it’ll no longer work by February 2022, and you’ll need to request to a new one and receive a Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy A11 (or another model depending on inventory constraints) for free!
