- Enter your email, name, Facebook or Instagram, a short but honest description of your need for meal assistance (laid off, busy essential worker etc.), the number of kids you have between ages 1 and 13, and the children’s names and ages.
- Also note if the children have any dietary restrictions.
- Add your address and hit “Submit”.
