Pets in the Classroom is an educational grant program which aids teachers financially so they may buy and care for small animals as classroom pets. This provides a good home for animals (where they will certainly receive a lot of love and attention) and helps educate kids on the importance of different species and caring for all life. Pets in The Classroom is taking applications for the 2021-2022 school year now, so go ahead and apply!

Please note: You may apply for this grant once every school year. Also note that you are you are only eligible to apply for a sustaining grant if you have received a Pets in the Classroom grant in the past, and if you no longer have your original pet, you may use the sustaining grant towards a new pet and supplies.
