FREE Heart Health Screenings at CVS MinuteClinics

From May 9th through May 15th, CVS will be offering free Heart Heath Screenings at their MinuteClinics. The screenings will check your total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and BMI (Body Mass Index). Simply show your voucher for the free check up at your local MinuteClinic. You can schedule an appointment or walk-in for your screening.

How to get your free screening:
- Download and/ or print your voucher for a free screening by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”.
- Visit your local MinuteClinic.
- Bring your voucher with you to the MinuteClinic registration kiosk, or present the voucher on your phone.
- Register at the kiosk and get your free screening from May 9th to May 15th.
