Just create your own custom-blended burger recipe at home that includes mushroom, which must comprise no less than 25% of the burger patty. Eligible mushroom varieties include store-bought White Button, Crimini, Portabella, Shiitake, Oyster, Enoki, Beech, Maitake, Trumpet and Lion’s Mane.
After that, upload a photo of your burger along with the ingredients and instructions. Entries will be judged as follows: 25% based on flavor profile, 25% based on originality, 25% based on crowd appeal, and 25% based on presentation.
How to enter:

- Add your name, contact information, date of birth and address.
