MN 55319. - To enter with a receipt: Visit the company’s website by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”.
- Specify how you acquired your receipt invitation (via ATM or from an M&T bank employee) and hit “Next”.
- If you were invited by a bank employee, enter the time of your visit and 17-digit code as printed on your receipt then proceed to the survey.
- If you have a receipt from an ATM, enter the date, time and ATM ID number found on the print-out then proceed to the survey.
