FAKE ALERT: Dino Wars T-Shirt

I saw this Dino Wars t-shirt offer on a few other freebies sites and instead of waiting until my next sample news update post; I wanted to share my concerns now because t-shirt’s are “hot” and they spread fast. To be blunt, this is highly likely to be a fake offer. Why? Let’s dig in.
- ReallyHealthFoods, Inc is not a real company, just Google it or search company databases, nope not real.
- “Dino Wars gummy vitamins” are the supposed product they are promoting, yet you can’t find it anywhere on the web. So they are effectively giving out t-shirts to promote nothing? So a company does a promotion to drive sales of, nothing? Sounds like a scam to me. Or just a really incompetent marketing person.
- “Dino Wars is a registered trademark of ReallyHealthFoods, Inc.” – nope, nope and nope. There is no trademark associated with any health food companies, let alone the non-existent ReallyHealthFoods. Best trademark you’ll find under “Dino Wars” is for old games from the 1990’s at best.
- The actual Dino Wars t-shirt doesn’t exist in any store if you search for the image itself.
Maybe I’m missing something, but this doesn’t add up at all right now. Best case it was a valid offer once and it’s very old. Worse case it’s an address harvesting operation. Avoid this one for now. If you signed up for this one, worst case is you’ll get some spam mail, spam email and perhaps some sketchy links from fake PayPal/Amazon/other websites. Don’t trust links that ask for your password.
