California residents can head to their local state libraries to score a free Vehicle Day Use Entry/State Park Pass now! California Department of Parks and Recreation is offering this great freebie in partnership with First Partner’s Office + California State Library.

The pass entitles the user to a free vehicle day-use entry for one passenger vehicle with a capacity of nine people or less, or one highway licensed motorcycle. 

Please note: See a list of ineligible parks here. Also note that the entrance fee waiver does not cover amenity or user fees for activities like camping, rentals, or special tours.
