The Epilepsy Foundation invites all kids ages 14 and under – of all abilities – to join their Kids Crew (even if you do not have epilepsy) to learn, spread awareness, and make a difference in an engaging way. Kids Crew members will receive a free kit that includes a certificate, Kids Crew pin, lanyard, membership card, and a quarterly newsletter!

How to get your free kit:
- Join the Kids Crew here.
- Fill out the form for your free kit by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”.
- Parents/ Guardians: complete the form with your child’s name, date of birth, gender and address. Include your name and contact details.
- Answer a few quick additional questions such as how your child is affected by epilepsy.
- You may also share your child’s story (optional).
- Hit “Submit” to request the free kit!
