How to enter:

2. Complete the entry request form by adding your name, contact information, address and date of birth.

4. You will be prompted to print out a form. Once that’s done, affix the barcode you receive to a postcard and mail it to:

5. With an eligible card: You can also receive automatic entry into the sweepstakes if you receive a direct deposit of $100 or more on a participating prepaid card including: Netspend Premier Visa Prepaid Card, Netspend Visa Prepaid Card, Netspend Premier Prepaid Mastercard, or Netspend Prepaid Mastercard.
6. Note that participating cards must be issued from The Bancorp Bank, MetaBank or Republic Bank & Trust to be eligible for the sweepstakes.
