How to request your free masks:
- Visit the company’s website by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”.
- Or use this alternative link.
- Enter the relevant hospital or clinic name, contact name and department.
- Note how many masks you would like (maximum of 2 per request).
- Add the recipient’s name, contact information and address. This must include hospital email, or otherwise a photo of eligibility must be included – such as a photo of your business card.
- Hit “Submit” to request your free masks, while supplies last.
