Sometimes we purchase items and realize it’s not what we wanted. If you bought something from a Nike store and are unhappy with the purchase, you can request a refund by returning the item within 60 days from the purchase date. Returns are accepted at any Nike store.

If you purchased an item online, you can sign in to your Nike account if you’re a member and start your free return. Alternatively, go to your closest Nike store.

You will only get a refund if the items are unworn and unwashed for you to qualify for a refund. This includes Nike By You personalized sneakers.

You can even return items after the 60 days is up as long as the item is still unworn and unwashed. It’s important to check the tags and labels of the items since some have different warranties or guarantees.

It’s best to have a purchase receipt since this will make the return process easier and faster. However, if you bought an item online, you only need your order number or barcode. If you purchased in-store and lost your receipt, you can still get a refund or in-store credit.

Items You Can’t Return For A Refund

Return An Item Via Mail Or In-Store

If you’re not a Nike Member, you will need to go to your orders and enter the order number and your email. Then, choose the item you want to return. If you purchase an Apple Watch Nike, you can return it within 14 days of the purchase date or delivery date. To return the watch, do the following:
