How to get free gift card:
- Visit the companies website by clicking “Get This Offer (External Website)”
- Wait on this page for a pop up asking you to start a survey with a $5 Amazon Gift card reward.
- Fill out the survey and enter your email at the end and wait 2-3 weeks for the gift card.
