Operation Backpack is an organization that is committed to supporting service members by providing FREE school supplies and backpacks for their children. On July 31st from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., IB Express Base Supply Centers will offer each child (accompanied by parent) a brand new backpack filled with tons of back to school basics, completely FREE of charge.
