   I’m thinking about what the new stimulus package will do for me. I understand that bailing out company’s will save jobs but come on, with so many people losing their jobs right now, who can afford to buy a car. What happens when the cars being made cannot be sold. The jobs go away anywayand then that snowballs to other companies that rely on the bigger companes and the companies are retructuring to become more efficient with fewer emloyees. I understand that the those on unemployment will receive 25 more dollars a week. Then they have to pay taxes on that. Do any of these people making these decisions actually believe that 25 dollars a week is going to help to stimulate the economy? Do they do any of their own grocery shopping?

   I hope this is for real too. My husband has been without work and we have 4 kids. ANYTHING can help at this point.

   I hope this for real too. With the economy the way it is I think everyone could use one. I still have my job, but my hours have been cut.

   retired and on a fixed income, what a blessing this would be.
